In honour of the release of Watchmen, I've created a martini (my first!) in honour of my favourite character, Rorschach. See how many characteristics of him you can find.
The Rorschach Martini
3 parts vodka
1 part dry vermouth
1 tsp sugar
2 drops Angostura bitters
Pour vodka, dry vermouth and sugar into a shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Pour into a martini glass. When serving, add two drops of bitters into the middle of the martini to create the ink-blot effect. Stir and serve.
